Seller was very kind and professional and shipped the item quickly. I strongly recommend that you pay to upgrade shipping to priority. I didn’t realize it was shipping first class and although the seller sent the item in December 14, I did not receive it by Christmas. It was specifically a Christmas decoration I planned to use for my kids big gift but now I can’t use it until next year. Not the sellers fault but I hope someone else can learn from my mistake and upgrade shipping if you need it within any time frame.

I am SO thankful for Cassie! I had only a few days for a rush order and she was extremely accommodating, very communicative, and the finished product looks like it took weeks to create (even though she stitched it up on just a few days!).
